So bright and green!
I saute mine with various things...what other ways do you prepare yours?
Like you, I saute it, usually with garlic and, if I have them on hand, pine nuts. Then we serve it with balsamic vinegar (mostly my husband likes that extra tang--I like just a sprinkle of salt).
