Farmer's Market Bargain -Sunday's shot

I love how much Swiss chard you can buy for a dollar at the Farmer's Market. We have been able to enjoy it at three meals.

  1. I saute mine with various things...what other ways do you prepare yours?

  2. Like you, I saute it, usually with garlic and, if I have them on hand, pine nuts. Then we serve it with balsamic vinegar (mostly my husband likes that extra tang--I like just a sprinkle of salt).
