Looking out at Lake Gervais again--the ice and snow are gradually melting. The cones and roadblock are supposed to be keeping people off the ice under the bridge (on which I am standing) but based on the snowmobile tracks, no one is obeying!
In Indiana, no one would ever consider standing, let alone driving on a lake in winter. It was one of the weirdest things we experienced during the time we lived in MN. Fun picture!
