Experimenting with the camera features

I spent some more time reading up on my camera and learned that I can shoot in black and white, or sepia, or with other color emphasis.  So I played around with the black and white, using as my subject a light we recently had installed in our front hall.  I love this little light, not just for its design, but because it casts such a cozy warm glow at the end of the hallway, and because I can finally see in to my coat closet!
