Just-washed floor

This is my view when I get to the end of washing the kitchen floor (down on my hands and knees, ya know!)  It LOOKS so great across the distance--but that is an illusion. It is constantly dirty, impossible to completely clean, and torn in spots. Whoever decided to put a white-background linoleum floor in this kitchen was nuts!  NEVER put a white floor in a kitchen! (Someday maybe I can replace it, along with the old 1960s cabinetry...)

    Mine is the SAME WAY. Yuck. But you're right, it looks nice and clean in the photo!

    I like the view :) I am also drawn to that blue wall in the back, I love that color. In my old house my library was that color and in the house before my living room and dinning room were that color. It always make me feel so happy and relaxed.
